It is our policy to register delegates only for the full event. However, it is possible to register only for one of the two cities. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your participation further.

Delegates need to arrange and pay for their accommodation and travel.
Invest Europe makes block bookings in a few hotels for each of its events. Please take a look at the 'Travel' section of the event to see which hotels we suggest and follow the links to book your accommodation.
We do not have deadlines for registration but we do have deadlines for payment by bank transfer. Please note that after a certain date, you will only be able to pay for your registration by credit card. If this is not possible for your company, please register before the deadline, one month before the event.
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and we will prepare a customized offer depending on the type and membership status of your company.
After you send your completed registration form, you will see the following message on the screen: “Thank you for registering”. You will afterwards receive an automated email stating that your registration form has been received and outlining the next steps. If you do not receive such an email, please contact us at email@example.com.
For complimentary registrations, confirmation will be sent after the review process is finalised.
For paying registrations, confirmation will be sent after payment is processed. In particular:

To expedite the confirmation process, please email us a screenshot of the payment transfer. Once we receive the payment, we will send you the confirmation.
Until you receive the email that your registration is confirmed, please refrain from booking your travel. If you have any questions related to this, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Invest Europe sends invoices to everyone for their records. If you have paid by credit card, your invoice will state 'Your MC/VISA or AMEX (respectively) will be charged'. This means that your payment information has been received and your credit card has been charged accordingly.
Once your registration is reviewed and processed, your credit card will be charged. Shortly after, you will receive the official confirmation and invoice for your records.
If you have not heard from us, this is a good sign. If there are any problems with your payment, our accounting department will contact you.
Prior to the event all registered delegates will receive the link to the conference networking platform where they will be able to access the delegate list and contact the fellow attendees.
Your official registration confirmation will include a sample of your badge. Please notify us as soon as possible if any corrections need to be made. You will also have the chance to upload and edit all your details directly in the networking platform when you login.
Registrations are transferable until 72 hours prior to the event. The final registration is only for the individual named in the registration and cannot be shared with or transferred across multiple participants. Cancellations can only be accepted if received in writing a month prior to the date of the event.
Fees, less 20% administration charge, will then be credited. After this date, delegates will be liable for the full fee.
